mIRC : The Use

Using mIRC

mIRC is one of chat programs such as: MediaRingTalk, ICQ etc. Chatting by this, you can communicate with other people by texts.

To use
mIRC first install mIRC on your computer. The mIRC icon will appear on the screen. To run it, double click the icon or click Start –Programs – mIRC.

1. Before using the program, configurate
mIRC. choose file menu – Option.

2. Then setting irc server for example:indonet. Click Add
.In the Description, type Indonet. In the IRC Server, type
irc.indo.net.id. Then click Add.

3. Then type your full name,
E-Mail Address. Nickname and Alternative
can be typed later in the chatting forum

4. After completed,click
Connect to IRC

1. To choose channel click icon channel on toolbar. Choose a channel available then click
Join. If you want to add a new channel type the channel name
in the Enter name of channel to join: then click Add.

2. After the chosen channel appears on the screen now you can chat with your friends on the channel.
